## Experience

Bilingual customer service rep @ Wns Globals Services  07/2018 - 09/2020 I answered inbound calls and addressed customer inquiries pertaining to a specific product.
I helped customers dispute discrepancies on their credit report, provide trouble shooting assistance, credit knowledge, and update customer accounts.
I was responsible for delivering quality and outstanding customer service to customers while maintaining call center department guidelines.

Patient access rep @ Recruiting solutions  09/2021 - 04/2022 Provided patient account transaction analysis services which ensured timeous settlement of bills which resulted in financial security.
Assisted healthcare providers (hospitals) in the remediation of insurance claims rejected by healthcare payers (i.e insurance companies) which resulted in payment dispute resolutions and decreased financial loss due to rejected claims.
I focused exclusively on account balanced owed by payers and helped hospital clients collect payment from payers and individual patients.

Personal shopper @ Walmart  08/2022 - 06/2023 Job duties include locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. Also make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction
It is a Fast paced environment and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders.
Shoppers also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process
