Marketing & Events Manger @ Branches Inc.  January 2019 - June 2023 •	Promoted from Marketing and Events Coordinator
•	Foster positive team dynamics by coordinating internal staff events and other volunteer efforts to bolster the organization’s engagement and awareness
•	Elicit philanthropic support from community partners by establishing and nourishing synergetic relationships
•	Collaborate with the VP of Development to curate messaging and creative output for various campaigns, including annual, major gifts
•	Encompass expertise in the timely coordination of event set up and break down to ensure event success
•	Recruit, train, and oversee youth, young adult and staff volunteers within and outside of the organization

o	Back to School Bash, to ensure over 400 students receive school supplies for the new school year, this includes all logistics, vendor organization and volunteer assignments

•	Led bi-weekly donor thank you letter writing and distribution initiatives
