## About Me

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice (Crime Analysis) with a minor in Sociology. I have worked in customer service, done a substantial amount of volunteer work, and now work in the Criminal Justice and Sociology field as an Intervention Specialist for a non-profit called Community Partner's in Action at the Waterbury AIC. Through my work and life experiences, I have gained interpersonal, time management, effective communication, and many other skills that are useful in all fields.

## Experience

Capacity Monitor @ Parks and Recreation  June 2022 - September 2022 Capacity Monitor at a residential beach: worked for the town alongside a security team and assisted the security team when needed.

Shift Lead @ Dunkin'  February 2022 - February 2023 Effectively applied communication skills with customers and worked as a team. Worked at the register, took orders, made beverages/food, restocked and more in a high-pressure environment.

Intervention Specialist @ Community Partners in Action  January 2023 - Present Works with those in the Criminal Justice system to rehabilitate participants and reintegrate them effectively into society.
Hosted groups with clients based on resiliency, trauma, cognitive skills, recovery, emotional regulation and rehabilitation.
Trained and certified in job developing, criminal thinking, motivational interviewing, and many more.

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Crime Analysis and a minor in Sociology.
