## Experience

Program Administrator @ Housing Authority of Baltimore City  Sept 2020 - Current Oversee 4,600+ units/families to ensure they are being provided decent, safe, and affordable living.
Coordinate and manage administrative and technical support for program faculty and staff.
Supervise, train, evaluate and assign tasks to property managers & administrative staff.
Responds to inquiries from the Mayor office, HABC recipients, and the Executive director of the Housing Authority of Baltimore City.
Analyze and present comparison data of evaluations and milestones for site staff and the admissions team
Help implement procedures necessary to maintain and improve occupancy standards at each development.
Prepare Managers to think critically and communicate accurately and effectively. Provide bi-weekly narrative reports to Vice President of Private Housing on all activities performed between the Low income public housing and Rental Assistance Demonstration Program.
Monitor compliance with admission requirements.
Assist Vice President of HABC Admissions team with mass leasing: interviewing applicants, review admissions information, and help applicants complete HABC documents.
