2/2022 – Present- Led cross-functional teams through complex M&A transitions, creating & executing change management strategies across 6 entities.
- Designed and implemented comprehensive communication plans for the executive team (e.g. internal & external stakeholder briefs, company-wide email communications, and town hall meetings).
- Reported directly to the CEO and consulted executive leadership through Strategic Planning Process and P&C integration.
- Crafted culture document, including new mission & vision statement, and distributed across Ori-gen parent company and sub-entities.
- Ideated and led projects such as building new website, implementing project management tools, and directing brand strategy creation.

### Director of Operations · Someday Is Here

8/2019 – 10/2021- Led successful launch of Someday is Here, a leadership collective startup for AAPI Women.
- Co-led annual SIH Summit. Managed event program, organized panels & affinity groups, and acted as liaison to panelists and sponsors.
- Built programming for SIH podcast episodes. Co-hosted and facilitated monthly Zoom events with the founder, collaborating with guest AAPI activists, authors, and content creators.
