## Experience

Detailer @ Tesla  Nov 2022 - Apr 2023 Performed detail work such and sanding and buffing recently paint vehicles.

Supported technicians and estimators with any help I could offer to the collision team.

Worked with painters and preppers masking parts of cars getting them ready for paint.

I also was my locations EHS representative so I was responsible for making sure the shop followed safety procedures and reported any saftey violations or problems

Lead Inventory Associate @ Carmax  Dec 2014 - Mar 2022 Using the Final Quality Check processing system to ensure vehicles met and exceeded quality standards before placed for customer viewing. This process included inspection for defects, making sure vehicles ran properly, and were cleaned to meet high quality standards.

Mentor and train new hires.

Made schedules and implemented work duties for the day

Was a point of contact for other departments and communicated with them to solve problems with customers and associates.

Worked with vendors and on site companies to get repair orders filled and enter those repair orders into systems.

Responsible for daily Reconcilation Report for entire locations inventory to maintain accurate locations and status of vehicles not ready for sale.

Worked with computer programs like Salesforce, inventory tracking systems, Automation, Inventory Movement Systems, and Electronic Repair Orders.

Implemented work flow procedures that increased productivity and efficiency.

Took part and led team initatives to strive for top marks in the company. Was apart of an operations team that was ranked top 3 in quality across over 200 stores.
