During this time, I have become quite skilled in trouble shooting as well as diffusing irritated clients. I have worked in many different customer service settings, ranging from face to face, over the phone within call centers, doctors' offices, and via written correspondence. My most recent jobs entailed that I take payments over the phone and resolve any billing disputes. I have interviewed clients over the phone to determine their financial status.
