## About Me

Over the past few years I have developed the relevant skill sets and positive mindset to contribute to the growth of a business across various sectors such as education, real-estate, pharmaceuticals and Wealth management driving important metrics and meeting ongoing business expectation that have prepared me for the next level of my career.

As a previous recruitment lead consultant at Goldman Sachs via AMS as a specialist, I contributed to process improvements, metrics reporting operational compliance adherence across various business divisional projects. A recent achievement I would like to share included providing support for Investment banking Columbia business recruitment project where I used the division recruitment data point as reference for improving the curation of an effective project implementation resulting in the ongoing IBD business recruitment strategy.
