Writer @ Knopf/Random House Canada  2020 - Present I'm under contract to produce two books, one is nonfiction while the other is a novel.

Development Assistant @ Gilda's Club of Greater Toronto  09/2019 - 11/2020 Assist the manager in fundraising efforts such as grant applications to foundations, gala preparation, marathons, and donor engagement.

Writer @ University of Regina Press  2017 - 2019 I produced a work of nonfiction.

Customer Service Rep. @ Bernstein Diet and Health  2015 - 2016 Worked in the call centre and answered inquiries from prospective clients regarding the diet plans. We also addressed concerns from existing clients about service at the clinics.

Various @ Metrolinx (formerly GO Transit)  2008 - 2014 Worked as an agent in the call centre and answered questions about the schedule and delays of our service. I also worked in the complaints department and resolved issues for riders. I completed my tenure there working at the control centre which allowed me to transmit information to the riding public regarding delays, detours and upcoming service adjustments.
