Chief Operations Officer @ Play Bigger Coaching  2021 - 2023 • Oversaw daily operations of the organization both within our internal team and
contractors.
• Hired and lead a team of 4 for our internal operations team. Including training
and weekly coaching for ongoing development.
• Responsible for updating all company dashboards on a weekly basis for CEO to
review growth numbers across the organization.
• Onboarded coaching clients to the organization and created workflow for
onboarding.
• Established policies and procedures for the team that promoted company culture
and vision.
• Built out project management CRM for the organization.
• Organized multiple events locally in Scottsdale. Oversaw all meeting details from
venue, food, speaker coordination and booking, securing sponsorships, group
activities, vendors, and all meeting materials.
• Organized out of country retreat for 18 people including vendors and staff.

Growth Operations Manager @ The Results Group Real Estate  2008 - 2020 - Responsible for onboarding new teams/locations. Aided in merging 15 teams
countrywide.
• Created an onboarding SOP that acted as a qualification & hiring guide to screen
& approve new teams to join.
• Organized monthly meetings in different states.
• Supervised our customer service ticketing system through Zapier & Trello
systems. Was responsible for ensuring all inquiries were handled quickly &
efficiently by our customer care specialists & aided in responses/assistance as
needed.
