Lead Global Trade Coordinator @ Flexport  July 2022 - Present Implemented a new process for my team, which resulted in a 53% increase in time when validating shipments. I depended on my collaboration skills by planning and implementing this new pilot process for my entire department. The proposal of this process enabled us to provide a technical roadmap, which allowed us to scale and become more efficient while improving our SLA adherence.

Conducted an analysis to diagnose remaining issues with SLA adherence, created a weekly sync to engage the right stakeholders, and coordinated efforts to streamline our processes, minimizing "skip" hashtags and their potential impact on our client service delivery.
