Professional summaryAs Operations Manager I have worked extensively to streamline processes and procedures for my team across a multi-office medical practice.  My goal is always to create more efficient and intuitive workflows in order to promote greater work satisfaction for my employees, and better service and experience for clients.  I am very team oriented and have a heart for making sure my staff is comfortable and supported in order to promote greater communication and outcomes.

In college I studied drawing and painting at Penn State, a passion I have continued to pursue in my spare time.  I believe that art encourages problem solving, and it has forced me to be a more flexible and creative thinker.

I have created and monitored financial reports, and worked extensively in excel and google suite to create comprehensive logs for my team.  I am key communication person between my office and external consultants.
