## About Me

With over 5 years of experience in human resources and administration, I am a SHRM-certified Generalist. I partner with mid-level managers and senior leaders to develop and implement policies and practices that support the growth and success of the organization and its employees.

I lead the full lifecycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience. I also support the talent acquisition process, the compensation cycle, talent reviews, and promotions. Additionally, I act as an administrator for the Predictive Index assessment tool, a data-driven platform that helps optimize hiring, team-building, and leadership development. As a Generalist, I leverage my skills in communication, attention to detail, social networking, and various technologies to deliver effective and efficient HR solutions.

Generalist - People & Culture @ LivCor  03/2022 - Current •	Partner with mid-level managers and senior leaders to develop and implement policies and practices in a fast paced & quickly growing company.
•	Lead the onboarding of over 300 employees starting in May 2021 including building new project-based orientation utilizing Asana project management system, working with hiring managers to prepare, and ensuring new employee information is correctly added to Insperity HRIS.
•	Manage off-boarding including notification to leadership, termination in systems, and assisting in exit interviews.
•	Support the talent acquisition process by partnering with hiring managers to prepare & modify job descriptions, partner with the recruiting team, and initiate/support the compensation market data analysis.
•	Support mid-year and year-end compensation cycle, talent reviews, and promotions.
•	Serve as administrator for the Predictive Index assessment tool, including new hire admin, internal communication and team assessments as needed.
•	Successfully launched Women’s Employee Resource Group along with a team of 5 passionate individuals dedicated to driving objectives and garnering organizational wide support to continue swift growth. Held Administration Chair position to build structure, plan events, and keep the group organized.
