Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to optimize resource allocation and maintain a smooth workflow. Duties include scheduling appointments, patient communications, resource allocation, EHR chart documenting (Meditech), quality assurance and HIPAA compliance protocols.

Loss Prevention Coordinator @ Cititrends  7/2015 - 11/2019 Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies and initiatives within a retail environment. This role involved working closely with store management, staff, and corporate teams to prevent theft, minimize shrinkage, and maintain a secure shopping environment. I managed and maintained the alarm system and security camera for all 511 locations from the corporate office. Another key role in this position was  safeguarding the store's assets and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
