Administers health and welfare plans including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. Sum it’s new employee background checks and complete employment references. Tracks performance review process. Assists with recruitment process, prescreens candidates and schedule for interviews. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by Hr leads. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Prepares new employee files and performs other related duties as assigned.
