VP Culture, Learning and Engagement @ BrandMuscle  2016 - 2023 -Led the design and implementation of learning programs, leadership development, and culture initiatives to support future growth and success.
-Established the Learning and Organizational Development Department. Led the design and delivery of over 200 webinars and 1,000 online lessons.
-Achieved notable monthly participation of 500 learners on 360 online lessons and 200 learners in 25 live webinars.
-Maintained an outstanding 99% satisfaction rate for online lessons and live webinars at 94%.
-Spearheaded the development and continual enhancement of the onboarding program. Attained a 95% satisfaction rate among new hires and reduced training time by eight hours.
-Created a nine-month Leadership Development Program anddemonstrated the program's  effectiveness with a 70% promotion rate among participants upon program completion.
-Devised the Culture and Employee Engagement Strategy, and chartered a 50-member Culture Committee.
-Formulated a Rewards and Recognition philosophy, along with the selection and implementation of an Employee Appreciation Platform, which maintained a 50% participation rate.
-Fundraised for nonprofits, and served as the captain for the VeloSano Bike to Cure ride for six years, raising over $7,000.
-Authored the Employee Engagement Philosophy, and selected a survey provider. Earned a 77% participation rate in employee engagement surveys and earned a 5% increase in engagement.
-Managed and mentored eight employees on the Culture and Learning team.

-Created and facilitated large scale leadership development programs for; American Greetings, Olympic Steel, Goodrich, Medina County, Mobile Hyperbaric Centers and Equity Trust Company.
-Led 100 leaders in a 360-feedback process, including administration, feedback and coaching.
-Managed part-time instructors, coaches, instructional designers and vendors

Director Consultative Services @ BMA Impact Services  2007 - 2009 -Expanded the firm’s capabilities to include new training programs.
-Designed and led 75 workshops, earning a 95% satisfaction rating.

Manager of Front-line Education @ National City Bank  2004 - 2007 -Consulted with leaders to design and facilitate the first Front-line Leadership Development program within the Leader University.
-Generated four million dollars through the participants’ required learning projects. Managed course enrollment, classroom delivery and coaching of participants on their projects.

Manager of New Hire Orientation @ National City Bank  2001 - 2004 - Produced a 6% return on investment on orientation classes and a reduction in employee turn-over in the first 90 days.
-Managed eight instructors.
