## About Me

I am an experienced Product Manager with a little over seven years of combining systems development experience with product management skills in strategical analysis and planning, critical thinking, and effective communications to drive product development from ideation to go-live launch initiatives. In-tuned with being people centric, acting as an empathetic liaison between business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and everyday users, I am an excellent team player where I work well cross functionally and collaboratively. I have worked across Tech, Entertainment, and Footwear & Apparel industries, and have led a vast range of product ownership, from complex CRM systems at Sony Pictures, to Digital Assets at DreamWorks Animation and The Walt Disney Company. My most recent engagement was at JCREW, and prior to JCREW at NIKE owning their Global Retail Payment, Global Marketplace Operations (Supply Chain Order Management system), and Brand Management Operations where I acted as Product Manager in each respective departments.

With Over 7+ years of product management and development experience across Tech, Entertainment, and Footwear & Apparel industry, I have accumulated and groomed a very special set of skills where throughout my career I have:

Senior Product Manager @ JCREW  01/2024 - 11/2024 • Owned business-critical projects; Omni Channel Hub, Order Management System decommission & migration, and new initiative such as Social Media Influencer Orders; increased marketing sales, improved end user experience, and increased consumer engagement by 40%.
• Partnered with cross functional teams of engineers, designers, DC and FC users to improve and streamline business processes and user journeys in ways that improved consumer engagements and drove sales.
• Worked with operations, engineering, and stake holders to define data requirements, designs, as well as improvements needed to meet business logic and system enhancements.

Product Marketing Manager @ NIKE  09/2022 - 11/2023 The Catalyst Brand team is the leading force at Nike for connecting social influencers and culture icons with innovative marketing campaigns to deliver high heat experiences to the marketplace. The team is responsible for the output of all projects involving our global collaborations in fashion, design, entertainment, music, art and more.
• Orchestrated and coordinated product seeding activities for Brand activations.
• Managed and delivered requests coming from across the Nike organization to ensure product assortments and orders are placed and delivered in a timely manner, both internal and external parties.
