Sr. QA @ Canadian Western Bank  Aug •	EFT Processing: Handle various EFT file formats for both inbound and outbound payments. Ensure seamless processing of these files through online banking platforms and EFT systems.
•	API Testing: Rigorously test APIs across the entire payment lifecycle, from initiation to settlement. Validate API responses, data integrity, and system performance.
•	Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide new team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
•	Defect Management: Document, track, and report defects using a test management tool like HP ALM (or similar).
