Web Developer (CRO) @ Tinuiti Jan. 2018 - Jan. 2024 Marketing agency role where I oversaw CRO test development on over 2 dozen websites and developed hundreds of tests for clients including Venetian Las Vegas, Marriott, Timex, Western Union, Factor, and USPoloAssn. - Designed and developed A/B and multivariate tests across client websites in their preferred testing software, including Optimizely, Adobe Test & Target, VWO, and Convert. - Provided technical guidance to CRO Specialists and clients, giving guidelines on our testing capabilities on their site, and giving timelines for test turnaround based on their complexity. - Utilized quantitative and qualitative research tools (analytics, heatmaps, user testing, etc.) to uncover friction points and develop optimization strategies and experiments based on user behavior insights. - Collaborated with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive CRO solutions that balanced performance with brand experience. - Conducted in-depth website and funnel audits, identifying critical conversion bottlenecks and recommending prioritized optimizations. - Followed testing development cycles of requirements gathering, configuring audience and page targeting, developing test and bundling code with Webpack, setting up tracking for clicks, pageviews, and custom events, QA via Browserstack for pre-test launch, and bundling code to be sent to clients for full implementation. - Developed processes for auditing client websites for test feasibility, scope, and performance.
