Support & Implementation Technician @ DealerApp Vantage  03/2014 - 01/2018 - Streamlined outdated aspects of the DealerApp Vantage app decreasing the development team’s workrate by 10%

- Maintained the DealerApp Vantage apps including inventory data feeds and updating certifications required to preserve the apps’ functionality
