Senior Field Operation Engineer @ Lumen Chile / Level 3 / Global Crossing / CenturyLink  2000 - 2020 Supervised operations and maintenance of national and international fiber optic networks. Diagnosed and resolved critical faults under international standards (GNOC). Created technical reports and supported activation of new services. Automated diagnostic tasks through scripting.

Technical Supervisor – Submarine Cable Station @ Entel Chile  1994 - 2000 Managed SDH STM-16 links in submarine and border networks (Chile-Peru and Chile-Bolivia).
