I have invested extensive capital into quite risky but effective real estate deals such as 795 N Beverly Glen Blvd, that I wholesaled while I was living in my car, in 2021, for $2.45M. I made over $100K for an assignment fee, while homeless. I can promise one thing, I will always seek to find out the answer for this job. I love working for allied university since I'm at university doing classes and extensively gaining more knowledge for this position as well. I study computer science at umkc and can do online classes no issue while travelling and securing and closing these clientele deals. I believe that the potential revenue and proforma revenue of allied universal has extreme potential for growth, especially in the near few years with the increase of travel and also with clients overseas are starting to look for more contracting companies to have more security due to tariffs with the United States. I believe, you (allied universal) and I can both benefit from this potentially break taking relationship we can can build if I were hired. I am the guy you go to when you need that client secured and that contract secured. I have extensive experience as well with selling patents. I believe allied universal has the potential to be a dominant and I mean, frankly, a monopoly market holder if they would ever decide to disperse in the overseas markets.
