## About Me

I am a dedicated Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in supporting essential HR services that impact every Soldier’s career. My experience includes managing accountability, strength, records, data, casualty, and readiness management. I have provided necessary support to commanders and staff across all branches, ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

In my previous role as an Older Youth Leader at Think Together, I served as a positive adult role model for older youth, facilitating their academic enrichment and physical activities. I conducted hands-on culinary instruction and developed lesson plans for new schools, which helped in mentoring youth to make positive behavior choices.

I also worked at Exact Staff as an HR/Payroll specialist, where I prepared daily reports on earnings, tax deductions, and leave. I managed payroll information for over 200 employees and organized HR systems to ensure efficiency across multiple branches. My ability to assess and streamline processes has led to improved operational efficiency.

As an Office Administrator at Citigaurd, I coordinated office activities and ensured compliance with company policies while supervising administrative staff. I was responsible for managing office supplies, scheduling travel arrangements, and creating presentations for project managers.

I am bilingual in Spanish and English, and I am proficient in Microsoft Office tools, which enhances my ability to communicate effectively and manage tasks efficiently.
