Experience Career history ### Lead Frontend Engineer · McKinsey & Company | OrgLab (via IQ Lab) Oct 2025 – PresentI own the diagnostics module of OrgLab, the platform's most data-intensive surface, and work end to end across React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails services, and Neo4j graph queries. I lead delivery within a team of 8 and help translate client-facing requirements into technical scope and architecture decisions. I also serve as frontend code owner for the module. I built the cross-repository instruction layer for internal AI agents, improved first-time-right delivery by 64%, and cut PR review comments in half.
