Membership Advisor/Customer Service @ YMCA  2024 - Present Provided knowledge to potential members in order to meet their particular needs and assisting current participants with ensuring the full utilization of their available amenities. Experience working on the back end of licensed child care, assisting families with DES applications through the state of Arizona and assisting individuals through our scholarship opportunities relating to various programs offered throughout the facility.
