I am an experienced IT Support Technician with a strong background in maintaining IT infrastructure and providing technical support. I have worked in various roles, including as a Junior Solutions Developer and Field Support Technician, where I honed my skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. My experience spans over a decade, during which I have supported numerous users and managed complex IT environments.

I hold a Technical Degree in IT and have completed certifications in ITIL® 4 Foundations and MS Project. My educational background, combined with my hands-on experience, has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in IT support roles. I am particularly adept at using tools like HP Service Manager and managing Windows Server environments.

Throughout my career, I have been responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure in engineering offices and providing local IT support for project offices. I have a proven track record of troubleshooting escalated user issues and providing advanced diagnostics, ensuring minimal downtime for users.

I am passionate about technology and continuously seek to improve my skills. I am currently looking for international opportunities in IT support or helpdesk positions where I can contribute my experience and thrive in a multicultural environment.
