I am an experienced Software Engineer with over 10 years in backend and full-stack development across various industries, including fintech, education technology, and logistics. In my current role at XP Investimentos, I lead feature development in a Scrum environment, managing the roadmap and backlog refinement. I am responsible for maintaining and refactoring legacy systems, resolving complex issues through deep debugging and log analysis. Additionally, I provide code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring that our team adheres to best practices in software development.
