## About Me

I am looking to join a nutritional company in order to acquire knowledge and experience that complement my studies, where I can test my abilities and successfully repay what has been invested in me. My position consisted of attending to the clients of the studio and communicating with them at all times. Here I have carried out tasks such as organizing hearings, transferring customers and managing payments to third parties. I also performed cadet work in the court area. I acquired knowledge in the drafting of lawsuits and in the analysis of sentences. I have experience in customer service through rotation of activities, managing purchases and sales of products, their respective shipments and their collections or payments. I am proactive, multitasking, and have a strong desire to learn. I have good treatment with clients and empathy, which I believe are essential skills in customer service.

## Experience

Customer Service @ L’olfattorio perfume factory  November 2024 - Present In this position I am in charge of customer service through social networks of a perfumery brand. I am in charge of managing wholesale and retail sales. In turn, I coordinate the orders for their correct assembly and dispatch in a timely manner.

Customer Service @ RapaNui chocolate and ice cream shop  March 2023 - July 2024 In this position I dedicated myself to customer service, managing purchases and sales of products, their respective shipments and their collections or payments. I performed stock control and social media management.

Administrative Secretary @ Planeta Hogar  April 2021 - April 2022      Secretary/Receptionist @ Lesbegueris legal study  July 2024 - October 2024 Here my position consisted of customer service through rotation of activities. She was mainly a cashier, but she also worked in the ice cream, cafeteria and chocolate sectors. He also carried out product stock control.
