Project Manager & Senior Web Developer @ MADEFY  January 2021 - Present Direct communication with clients to resolve issues and make strategic decisions. Responsible for architectural decisions and mapping internal project updates, as well as refactoring and project migrations. Development of new features, bug fixes, and improvements, including technical specifications for various clients. Also responsible for CI/CD maintenance and cloud infrastructure, working primarily with Azure Cloud. Acting as a Tech Lead, leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among team members, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Work with agile teams, applying Scrum practices to ensure consistent and on-time deliveries. Mentor new developers, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment and accelerate their technical learning process. Creating functional specifications for improvements and bug fixes. Conducted technical interviews for hiring new team members. Implemented CI/CD pipeline workflows using Azure DevOps and GitLab, improving delivery time and the quality of released versions. Developed improvements and bug fixes for an internal ticket management platform using PHP. Responsible for creating dashboards and indicators using Power BI for data analysis.
