Operations Manager @ Oregon Physics  December 2020 - January 2025 Operations Management including continuous improvement, process implementation, and project management. Established KPI tracking and dashboards relative to specific departments for relaying information using Power BI. Consulted on and managed new systems implementations such as Power BI and replacement ERP. Several process improvements such as a more efficient and interactive RMA database, sourcing out in-house processes, redesigned warehouse layout for efficiency, implemented Lean principles. Led meetings and projects, concisely presented complex information/recommendations in meaningful terms to various audiences. Supply Chain management including production planning, material sourcing, allocation, and procurement. Developed regular reporting for materials and demand planning. Managed vendor relationships. Responsible for all material planning, SOP, demand planning, and material allocation. Master Data Management in relational databases, using SQL, Python, R, and Power BI to create ad-hoc reporting and dashboards. Managed and maintained Azure database infrastructure through APIs, CI/CD, Powershell and Git repos. Used Excel for complex formulas, custom Macros, VBA, Pivot Tables, X/VLookups to create custom reports. Manage all vendor sourcing and NPI processes including interpreting drawings and negotiating pricing. Frequently worked with R&D and Production to develop new supply lines, manage NPI rollouts, and establish sub-contract and prototype contracts with vendors.
