I am a dedicated medical secretary with experience in various healthcare settings. Currently, I work at the University Hospital Balgrist, where I manage administrative tasks in sports medicine. My previous role at Hospital Zurich Waid & Triemli involved supporting orthopaedics and trauma surgery departments. I have also worked in a service desk position, handling invoice rejections at Clinic Hirslanden. My journey began with a commercial internship, which sparked my interest in the medical field. I have pursued further education to enhance my skills, obtaining a Swiss Federal Diploma in vocational further education as a medical secretary.
