My professional experience spans various customer-facing roles including waitress, retail associate, receptionist, concierge, bilingual interpreter, and customer service representative. These roles have helped me develop strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. I have experience working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

I am bilingual in Spanish and English, which has enabled me to work effectively as a bilingual interpreter and customer service representative, facilitating communication between speakers of both languages. I am culturally sensitive and empathetic, which helps me understand and address customer concerns effectively.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in software development, aiming to transition into a software developer role in the future. My goal is to create apps and software that can help other people, combining my passion for technology with my dedication to helping others.
