Throughout my career, I have managed complex contracts and material control accounts, including overseeing costs and receipts for large-scale production projects such as the Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and Air Defense Reconfigurable Trainer (ART) awards for the US Army. I have developed and implemented risk mitigation plans for global supply chains and have consistently enhanced financial transparency through detailed variance and forecasting reports.
