## About Me

I am Kutay Karaoglu, a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Language from Dumlupinar University. I am a fast learner, responsible, and a team player who is hardworking and solution-oriented. I am eager to understand and work in multidisciplinary fields, which allows me to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.

During my studies, I developed strong skills in Microsoft Office and customer service, which I have applied in various roles. I have experience providing English instruction to A1-A2 level students, which helped me enhance my communication and teaching abilities.

I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Akbank in Eskişehir, Turkey, where I received professional training. More recently, I have been a Support Specialist at 5CA, working remotely on the Discord project. In this role, I provide technical and customer support via Zendesk, assisting players with in-game bug issues and billing-related queries.

Working in a dynamic, remote, and multicultural environment has strengthened my adaptability and problem-solving skills. I am proficient in English at the C2 level and have beginner-level German skills (A1).

I am passionate about delivering excellent customer support and technical assistance, and I am looking forward to contributing my skills and enthusiasm to a professional team.
