I am a sales and foreign trade executive with over 20 years of experience in business relations, negotiation, and enterprise client development. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade and have a solid background in account management, personalized advisory, and closing high-value deals. Throughout my career, I have been results-driven and focused on client loyalty and portfolio growth.

In my role as Operations Manager at Broker Intercom from 1999 to 2002 in Mexico, I coordinated import and export operations for national and international clients. I managed corporate accounts, overseeing customs and logistics procedures, and negotiated with suppliers, carriers, and authorities to optimize time and costs. I also provided direct client support with fast and effective solutions.

Since 2002, I have been the Commercial Director and Founder of Arte y Spazio in Mexico. I am responsible for sales management, prospecting, and closing deals with both corporate and individual clients. I have developed strategic business relationships, achieving long-term agreements, and offered personalized consulting for clients in furniture and interior design projects. I manage client portfolios, ensuring post-sale follow-up and satisfaction-focused service, and have implemented digital strategies to attract and retain customers.

I am fluent in Spanish and have intermediate proficiency in English. I hold a valid US visa and passport, and I am available for national and international travel.
