## About Me

I am a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Customer Service, Sales, and Operations. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to build lasting relationships, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced environments. I am recognized for my adaptability, empathy, and leadership skills, which have helped me succeed in various roles.

I have experience leading commercial projects, such as managing iFood's expansion in Paraty, where I successfully onboarded new clients and doubled revenue in under six months. My role involved customer success, retention, and brand strengthening, which allowed me to rank among the top-performing sales executives nationwide.

As the founder and general manager of Mano Frango, I created and managed a delivery business during the pandemic, focusing on operations, marketing, finance, and customer experience. I built a strong team and established partnerships that contributed to high customer loyalty and expanded brand awareness.

Previously, I managed daily operations and customer service at a local franchise, Açaí do Ney, where I developed strategies to increase visibility and attract new clients. This role enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills while handling a diverse customer base.

I also gained valuable experience as an intern at the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice, assisting in customer-facing services and performing legal documentation and administrative tasks. This experience strengthened my customer interaction and administrative capabilities.
