## About Me

I am an experienced sales and business management professional with a strong background in driving strategic growth and achieving revenue goals. Over the years, I have successfully owned and operated my own business, Elite Profit Positioning LLC, where I devised and deployed sales and marketing tactics, managed budgets, and led teams to perform daily business functions efficiently. I pride myself on my ability to consult with customers, assess their needs, and propose optimal solutions that foster long-term relationships.

My previous role as West Division Sales Account Manager at Comcast Business allowed me to cultivate and secure new customer relationships, develop sales pipelines, and coach high-achieving employees to leadership positions. I am proud to have been recognized as a Presidents Club Winner for four consecutive quarters, reflecting my commitment to excellence and results.

Prior to that, I worked as an Admissions Advisor at Ashford University Online, where I helped students navigate their academic journeys by recommending degree programs, assisting with enrollment, and developing individualized academic plans. This role enhanced my interpersonal and organizational skills and deepened my passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Earlier in my career, I managed personnel and production schedules as a Tire Manager at Firestone, where I utilized data analysis tools and implemented company policies to improve operations. My diverse experience across sales, education, and management has equipped me with a broad skill set and a flexible approach to problem-solving.

I am fluent in English and have beginner-level proficiency in Spanish. Outside of work, I am passionate about coaching youth ice hockey, sharing my love of the sport and helping young players develop their skills. I am committed to continuous professional development and have completed leadership training with over 6000 hours of certification.
