I am a strategic and equity-driven leader with over 15 years of experience advancing education, leadership, and organizational innovation. Throughout my career, I have specialized in guiding large-scale implementations, building sustainable partnerships, and designing systems that promote equitable outcomes. I have led initiatives supporting district and school leaders nationwide to strengthen instructional systems and foster culturally responsive practices.

I have directed curriculum, leadership development, and implementation initiatives across multiple education systems nationwide. One of my key achievements includes scaling an instructional improvement model from a small pilot to a multi-district network serving over 60 schools, establishing a sustainable framework for long-term growth.

My experience includes overseeing program and partnership portfolios to ensure alignment with strategic goals, grant deliverables, and organizational outcomes. I have managed cross-functional teams, consultants, and staff to achieve excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.
