I am a PMP-certified Director of Program Management with over 15 years of experience leading telecommunications programs across more than 100 countries. My expertise spans federal and commercial contracts involving LEO/GEO satellite networks, 5G infrastructure, and SD-WAN deployments. I have a proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and revenue recovery through operational improvements, contract performance, and emergency response leadership.

Throughout my career, I have held direct P&L accountability for multi-million-dollar business units and led teams of over 50 personnel distributed across 18 time zones. My leadership style emphasizes cross-functional team building, crisis response, and stakeholder engagement, supported by my military background as a Signal Officer and Communications Commander.
