## About Me

I am an Administrative Assistant with over 2 years of hands-on experience in administration. I have developed strong skills in managing complex staff schedules, executive calendars, invoicing, and handling high-volume international client communication. My experience has equipped me to maintain operational accuracy in fast-paced environments and support leadership with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

I excel at scheduling and coordination for large teams, ensuring full shift coverage and operational continuity. I am adept at executive calendar management, including coordinating the clinic director’s calendar, calls, and appointments. My communication skills enable me to handle high-volume daily phone inquiries, including communication with international patients, with professionalism and efficiency.

I am experienced in process optimization and workflow improvement, having created monthly duty rosters more than a month in advance to reduce last-minute changes. I also have experience in preparing invoices and maintaining accurate administrative records, supporting smooth clinic operations.

In addition to administrative duties, I have participated in recruitment and interviews for new staff members, contributing to team growth and quality. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as tools like Miro, Slack, Canva, and Mersoft.

I am committed to continuous learning and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Management through distance learning at the European University of Armenia. I also studied at the Faculty of Crisis Management at the State Academy. My language skills include native Armenian, fluent Russian and English, and intermediate German (B1 level).
