## About Me

I am Pedro Salgado Plentz, a dedicated and results-driven Strategy Manager currently based in New Zealand. With a strong academic background in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, I have developed a solid foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving. Over the years, I have transitioned into strategic roles where I leverage my technical knowledge and consulting experience to drive impactful business outcomes.

My professional journey includes leading eCommerce strategy initiatives at Woolworths in New Zealand, where I focus on refining customer strategies and improving subscription services. Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Brazil, where I led projects involving AI implementation, market analysis, and organizational redesign, contributing to significant improvements in client operations and strategic positioning.

I have also gained valuable experience during my internship at Simon-Kucher & Partners, developing pricing models to optimize profitability for consumer goods companies. Additionally, I have held leadership roles in junior consulting companies, where I managed recruitment processes and developed operational tools that enhanced business efficiency.

My early career started with hands-on civil engineering internships, managing construction site activities and leading teams to meet quality standards. Beyond my professional roles, I have embraced diverse experiences such as working various jobs during an exchange program in New Zealand, which helped me enhance my interpersonal skills and English proficiency.

Technically, I am proficient in advanced MS Office, intermediate VBA, and Alteryx, and I am fluent in Portuguese and English. I am passionate about applying my strategic mindset and technical skills to solve complex business challenges and drive growth in dynamic environments.
