I am comfortable using various office applications and have technical knowledge in programming languages such as ASP, HTML, and Javascript, as well as graphic and web design tools like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.

I hold a high school diploma from Centro de Ensino Maria Do Socorro Coelho Cabral and have completed technical courses in administration and sales/customer service from SENAI and SENAC respectively.
