## About Me

I am a highly motivated and dedicated professional seeking a challenging position to establish new skills as well as solidify present ones and help the organization in its development. With experience in secretary, management, and logistics fields, I believe I would be an asset to any team. I have worked as an Account Manager at Hegelmann Group, where I was the primary point of contact for customers, managed performance reporting and KPIs, coordinated shipment execution, and handled issue resolution and service recovery. Additionally, I have experience in document preparation, data entry, managing correspondence, archiving, and front desk support.

Previously, I served as a Civil Servant in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, Department of Apostille, where I was responsible for typing, document preparation, and updating registers. I also worked as a Typist intern at the Ciocana department of the city hall in Moldova, where I received and registered requests, checked document eligibility, verified authenticity of signatures and seals, issued apostille certificates, and maintained recordkeeping and traceability.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration and the Efficiency of the Administrative System at FAA | UniBuc, which complements my practical experience with academic knowledge. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation from 1 Decembrie 1918 University and a qualification in Administration and Secretariat from CEITI, Republic of Moldova.

I am fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian, which allows me to communicate effectively in diverse environments. I am eager to contribute my skills in administration, customer service, and logistics to support organizational growth and efficiency.
