Additionally, I have served as an Auxiliary Systems Administrator and IT Technical Support Staff at the Department of Labor and Employment, where I contributed to system administration and database management.

I am also experienced in Unix/Linux server administration and have held managerial roles such as General Manager and Operations Manager. My background includes training in product knowledge, language skills, and network setup, which have enhanced my ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
