On the other hand, I managed incidents and problems on reservation platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, and Expedia, among others. I also worked on data analysis of each accommodation to present it to the owners.

Customer service and supplier management @ Mascocity  To 2025 I worked in stock control with suppliers, as well as in virtual and in-person customer service at the point of sale

Tennis Coach @ Tennis Club  To 2026 I worked for more than 10 years as a Tennis teacher, I am distinguished for planning and giving lessons both private and individual to players of different levels.
