## About Me

I am an IT Project and Technical Delivery professional with over 10 years of experience spanning Quality Assurance, production environments, release coordination, and enterprise system implementations. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to bridge business and technical teams, managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating incident resolution to support end-to-end delivery in complex environments.

I have extensive experience in stakeholder communication, risk tracking, release governance, and maintaining production stability within large-scale enterprise systems. As a Certified Scrum Master, I bring a solid technical foundation in QA, incident investigation, and post-deployment validation to every project I undertake.

My expertise includes project and technical delivery management, stakeholder coordination, release and change management, risk and incident management, and quality assurance in production validation. I am proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Postman, Jenkins, Datadog, and Git.

Currently, I work as a Freelance Technical Delivery and IT Consultant, providing technical delivery and production support services for SaaS and API-based systems. I coordinate issue investigation and resolution across development and infrastructure teams, support release readiness, and document workflows to improve operational efficiency.
