Throughout my career, I have managed various responsibilities, including overseeing shared housing facilities, handling financial management, and resolving resident conflicts. I have also worked in automotive service scheduling, acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent after-sales service.

My experience extends to retail and hospitality sectors, where I have provided customer service, managed inventory, and supported administrative operations. These roles have strengthened my interpersonal communication and adaptability, enabling me to thrive in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
