## About Me

I am eager to explore employment opportunities that necessitate my excellent customer service skills and/or food service expertise. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working in various food service roles, including prep cook and cook/caterer, where I have honed my culinary skills and ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced environments. I am proficient in meal planning, inventory management, food preparation, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

In addition to my food service background, I have experience as an employment specialist, where I reviewed resumes, matched candidates with suitable companies, conducted mock interviews, and assisted with resume and cover letter editing. This role enhanced my communication and organizational skills, as well as my ability to work with diverse teams.

My leadership experience includes managing teams as an operations manager, where I was responsible for setting up test sites, tracking data, ensuring compliance with safety policies and HIPAA standards, and managing budgets. I successfully led teams of 2 to 10 members and collaborated with partners to launch new products across multiple locations.

I also served in the US Army as a Unit Supply Specialist, managing inventory audits, automated systems, and financial liability investigations for high-value assets. This role developed my attention to detail, accountability, and operational management skills.

I hold a High School Diploma from Eastern SHS in Washington DC and possess certifications including Food Handlers License, Servsafe Certification, and HACCP Certification.
