## About Me

I am a strategic operations and communications professional with extensive experience leading nonprofit administration, donor engagement, project coordination, and business operations. Throughout my career, I have provided operational oversight for real estate development projects, ensuring timelines, decisions, and deliverables remain on track. I have owned and operated a successful childcare business for over 12 years, managing daily operations, budgeting, compliance, and developing age-appropriate curriculum and enrichment activities. My operational leadership skills include multitasking, problem-solving, crisis response, and dependable follow-through in fast-paced settings.

Currently, I lead stateside operations for an international nonprofit, managing communications, donor engagement, financial tracking, and organizational policy development. I have successfully managed a donor database of over 1200 contacts and coordinated numerous fundraising campaigns, increasing donor retention and engagement.

My experience also includes coordinating operational aspects of a free gynecology clinic serving uninsured and underinsured women, managing donor relations, fundraising communications, and community outreach. I have served as a liaison between volunteers, patients, providers, and clinic leadership to maintain alignment and responsive communication.
