## About Me

I am Jenny, 22 years old, an expert in client relations, specialized in administrative support and remote client assistance. I help companies structure their operations and provide a smooth and professional customer experience. My goal is to simplify processes, strengthen customer satisfaction, and contribute sustainably to the growth of organizations through personalized and effective solutions.

With one and a half years of experience in vocal customer support and one and a half years in client support via messaging (chat/email), I have developed strong skills in managing client requests through various channels such as chat and telephone. I am dynamic, empathetic, and possess excellent relational skills with a strong team spirit and results orientation.

I have volunteered for one month in 2022 at the Direction Régionale de la Population Analamanga, gaining valuable experience in client technical advising. I am fluent in French, both spoken and written, and have basic knowledge of English. I continuously improve my skills through training, including a call center course in 2021 and a digital marketing training planned for 2025.

I am passionate about providing pedagogical explanations of solutions and ensuring client follow-up and loyalty. My approach is centered on resolving technical problems efficiently and maintaining clear communication with clients to enhance their overall experience.
